***** Cassandra Kostendt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (103279)*******
I believe the best investment you can make is investing in yourself. I understand that it can be difficult to reach out for help whether it be out of guilt, shame, convenience or just pure apprehension. I also understand that many see therapy as another difficult hurdle amongst all the other things life throws at you. I don't believe therapy has to be a chore and while it may be challenging at times, I don't believe it has to be painful.
I have helped individuals, teens, children, and their families find healing, maneuver through difficult situations, and help understand difficult emotions that often arise from life challenging events. My goal is to empower you, and help you utilize the tools you may already possess.
